Ropin' for the Brand

Not much to say about what is going on here. It's part of my desire to paint working cattleman and women of today. There will be more on this venue as I begin to learn how to do this from photographing the working people; then trying to turn the photographs into paintings. It's going to take some work on my part to get out there for the photographs, find ranches willing to let me come in with the camera, and then back home, getting the paint right. I have a few to work with to start learning the techniques and feelings that go with painting the modern west.
